The City of Marion, Kansas is seeking applications for the position of Electrical Distribution Supervisor. Position duties include but are not limited to: Distribution system design, construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical lines (overhead & underground) on a dual voltage system serving 1,100 families and their businesses. Successful applicants will possess the demonstrated abilities to operate all types of equipment necessary to maintain our electrical distribution system that has a proud history of dependable and reliable service for over 100 years. Qualifications include journeyman certification, verifiable work history including troubleshooting, problem solving, and safe work record. CDL license or ability to obtain is required. The City of Marion supports and maintains a drug free workplace and pre-employment drug testing is required.
